Ye totally agree on this that it should be a monster drop not a special event type mostly for it reminds me of like whips and d bows you get from slayer monsters mostly, i like that your addin dis.

mm maybe make a special area like underground? and make a npc there to drop heaps of rares but the drop rate is like 1%>?

I like that idea jayz but even maybe under 1% because i know some of us even if its challenging gunna camp down there for days o.O but i like it
